A really good show at the stage... Roger Waters in Chile, 2012

Today I choose a Concert to talk about. I think i have been in a lot of concerts, or "music nights" in different places of Santiago, but  I remember one of the most incredible concerts that I had the opportunitie to listen to. That was Roger Waters's concert about "The Wall", in early 2012.

since I have memory I remember that my father love music, and we always listen a lot of music, and a great variety of it. So on, I listen to Pink Floyd in very young, and a couple of years later i was able to see te movie of "The Wall".

But in March's second and third (I don't remember wich of those two days we've go to the concert) my father was convinced that wee NEEDED to see that concert. I agree with him. So he payed and we attend to the concert.

Once there was incredible. All the symbols that we've watched in the movie were there, but in another way, I remember the incredible huge screen, and all the production of the stage really blew my mind. There was a real wall being built over the scene during the show, brick by brick, all at the same time of the music was played. And was amazing, because once the wall was completed, and all the fears and laws and roles represented on the music during the show was sayed to the crowd, there was an airlplane that fly over all of us, from the back of the satadium to crash in the middle of the  stage, and breaking all the wall!

There was the same concept that they put in the movie, and the way that they represented those feelings and that messages live, is worthy of praise, and I am very grateful of being able to attend that day with my father.

You don't see incredible shows live everyday... unlees you have a DVD or something, or the concert was inYoutube, for example. But it's true, its not the same watch it live, that in a screen, but wathever, you can check more concerts of Roger Waters, or Pink Floyd, and they are incredible too.
Chek it out Peter Gabriel concerts, for example, an there is a lot of more good shows... so it's an invitation to search! Give a recomendation in the comments if you want,
Hugs, and have a nice day!

Interesting country?

I think a country that I always wanted to visit is Spain. Yes, there is countrys that are really interesting too and much more near from Chile, like all the countrys un the south cone of America, but I feel something Special with Spain.

I don´t know really a lot about the country. I konw that there was a civil war against Franco and the Fascists, and I konw there is alredy now a Monarchy in the country. A different monarchy form the past, but so a monarchy.

Maybe the situation that make so exited about the country, is the relly big cultural mixture that its projected from the country. Ok, I don´t know really about the Cultural Geography about Spain, neither about the Migration process in the area throw the history of the country. In fact, the thing that make me sheme me about the contry is the Music.

As a musician, i thing that the music and the art project about the way of life, culture, social relationships, political incidences, the history of the terrain and even economic situacions can be learned throw art and music.

How, many do you know about gypsy, or flamenco? or about the incredible power of the punk history in Spain? what about Andalucia! A
nd how about the war songs fo the anarchist resistance... there is a lot of resistance history in spain, and that is realy rellay interesting.

So, its important! I invite you to check it out about some incredible bands from Spain, and the incredible sound of the Spain cultural mixture. I drop some name to you to find and explore.

Be good! Hug.
